Guest Designer for Die Cuttin' Divas Again!
Birdhouse New Home Card
Howdy, Howdy! Today I have a card for Tuesday Throwdown, where our challenge theme is "New Home". We are sponsored by My Grafice and I've used a flower digi from them for my card.
The birdhouse cut is from Cindy Loo and I've welded the card base with my Gyspy. The "New Home" cut is from Home Accents. It actually was just "Home" and I added "new" to it. The My Grafico flower digi is colored with Spectrum Noir markers. The paper was a scrap left over from other projects and the trip was a gift from one of my DT friends. I stamped "Congratulations" inside with another little strip of the trim. Fun little card!
Now head over to Tuesday Throwdown and check out all the great inspiration there and get creating! Hope to see you there!
This card entered here:

Love To Create - fussy cut ( flowers)

A New Challenge at My Sheri Crafts!
Good morning! It's time for a new challenge at My Sheri Crafts and this time Raquel challenged us to make a "Birthday Celebration" project. Here is mine:
I love this paper pad from . I've had it for awhile and this is the first time I've used it.
I distressed the inside edges with black ink. I've waffled backed and forth on whether or not this is too much black for a birthday card. But I've finally decided it's o.k. What do you think?
Supplies:
Paper:
Sentiment stamp: Just Rite
Die cut: Spellbinders
Flower & Leaves diecuts: Cuttlebug
Gems: Paper studio
Feather: bag of feathers gifted to me from my sister
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you'll check out all the other great DT inspiration over at My Sheri Crafts and join us!
I've entered these challenges:
Creative Moments - fall colors
Eclectic Ellepu - Purplies - Lady's Birthday

Really Simple Birthday card
I've just got a quick birthday card to share today. I wanted to join in the Chi Chi Memories challenge and so I purchased this cute digi and made a card with their sketch:
I just think this is such a cute digi!
I've colored her with Spectrum Noir markers and cut her out with a Spellbinders die, which is layered on another SB die of the same size, but rotated. I did the same thing with the little cake stamp, which is a Stampendous stamp.
Just a fun, simple little card with an adorable digi! Thanks for stopping by!

Star Accordion Mini Scrapbook
Hi! It's time for a new challenge over at Tuesday Throwdown and this week we have a recipe challenge! The recipe is 1 Image, 2 Papers and 3 Flowers. We are sponsored by "A Day For Daisies" and I got to use this sweet image "A Gift From the Stars" and I made a mini album with the fun "Star Accordion" technique. One of my friends bought one of these albums at a yard sale and gave it to me to "figure out how that was done and make one!" :) So I figured it out, made one, then looked through mini-album pictures until I found it so I knew what it was called! The actual pattern uses 3 12x12 papers, but I only used 2 and made an album for a baby shower gift for my niece:
This is the view when you first open it up. You can only get 2 4x6 pictures on one side as the rest of the squares have a fold in them. You could put smaller pictures on those if you wanted.
These two cute animals cuts are from Crictut's "New Arrival" cartridge
This is the view when you turn it over. I wanted her to be able to add a couple more 4x6 pictures.
This digi stamp is from Digi Darla.
The labels are preloaded cuts on the Cricut Imagine. Papers are from "Nana's Kids,Baby Boy" paper pad. The stamps are rubber stamps (on labels) are from Stampendous and Stampabilities.
Sorry this is such a picture heavy post, but there's a lot to look at! We are having a "Scrapbook Baby Shower" in a couple of weeks. Emily isn't a big paper crafter, so we will be making layout pages for her so all she has to do is add pictures! Now...shhhhh....no one tell her about this album yet! :)
But DO head on over the Tuesday Throwdown and check out all the great inspiration there, then join in the fun!
I've entered this project here:
Catch The Bug - Anything Goes
Crafts for Eternity - something digital
Fantabulous Cricut - mix & match
Love To Create - flowers and stitching

These two tags have been in my stash since I first started scrapping!

Guest Design spot for Die Cuttin' Divas!
How exciting to be a Guest Designer for the Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge! This week the challenge is a sketch and I love the sketch they are using:
and here's my take on it:
All papers and the lacy medallion are printed and cut with the Imagine cartridge "Lori's Garden". The medallion is mounted on a Just Rite lacy circle stamp, which is then on a Spellbinders Lacy Circle cut. I added a few gems and strip of ribbon. Inside I used a sympathy stamp from My Sentiments Exactly.
Be sure to head over to Die Cuttin' Divas and check out all the great inspiration there and join us!
I've entered this card here:
Party Time Tuesdays - anything goes
ABC Challenges - S for Shabby chic
The Crazy Challenge - 3 of a kind (3 circles, 3 papers, 3 rows on bottom)
Crafty Hazelnut - use patterned papers
PINspirational challenges - insprational picture
