Puppy Congrats!

It's time to show some pride this week at Tuesday Throwdown.  Our sponsor this week is http://samistamp.blogspot.com/
and our theme is "Proud of You!"

I used Sami Stamps' Cup Pup2 for my graduation card:

I decide to make the whole layout a little "wonky", just for fun and because that's about how you usually feel when graduation day is over!

The image didn't come with the cap, that's just a simple square with a black brad holding down some black & white twine.  I added 2 small pop-dots to the front of it and a glue dot on the top corner so it would be tilted a bit.  The image is colored with Spectrum Noir markers, the top lable is a Sizzix die and the tag and sentiment are Cricut cuts.

Thanks for checking in and I hope you'll join us this week!

Graduation Cards

Here I'd another draft post I found.  These graduation cards have been waiting to be seen for quite a long time!  They're from 2014!!!!!!!

This card is made from all Ceicut cuts, the bear is from Teddy Bear Parade and I believe the background is from Paper Lace.

I've entered this card here:

Aud Sentiments Challenge - #155 Anything goes + a sentiment
Crafting With An Attitude
Creatilicious Challenge - anything goes with optional twist of no designer paper
Lil Patch of Crafty Friends - anything goes

This gift card holder I'm pretty sure is a Silhouette cut.

I need to get in and get more of these made for this year!

I've entered this card here:
Creative Moments - anything goes with optional twist of black & white + one color

Congrats Graduate Card

I actually completed ANOTHER project this week!  Woo Hoo!  I've admired so many of the tri-fold cards made with the new "Just A Note" cartridge.  Since it is exclusive to the E2, I don't have one.  SO, I got to work with my Gypsy and created a template to make them.

So how did I do?  I used rectangles from George & Basic shapes, welded together.  The "Congrats" is from Gypsy Wanderings  and the "Graduate" from "Alphalicious".  The grad hat is from "A Child's Year.  I didn't have a diploma cut, so I cut the scroll from "Calligraphy" and just used the bottom of it.  The patterned paper  and the gems are from  The Paper Studio and then I used my white gel pen.  Oh, and the stars are also from "George".

I hope you like it!  I'm entering this one in the challenge over at
My Craft Spot

I hope you have a great weekend.  I get to host an all day crop tomorrow!  YIPPEE!!!
