Wow, look at me! Two cards in one weekend! This is another card for my friend. I thought it would be good to have some made up ahead so I can send her one every now and then along her journey. Thank you for the prayers on her behalf, her appointment brought some good news and the surgery is set for the 19th. Please remember her and her family that day.
So, on to the card:
There's just something really pretty about pink and white, don't you think? The Butterfly is a digistamp by Faith at
Designed to Delight. The border punch is from Paper Studio and I used my Cuttlebug and a Cuttlebug folder to emboss the light pink vellum.
I colored the butterflies with colored pencils and then used a glue pen to dot a little glue in each circle on the wings, then added silver glitter.
The inside is finished out with more vellum and a mat using the same punch. It looks a little plain inside, but I'm not sure what I would do different.
