Hello!!!!!!! Can you believe we are already half way through the year??? WOW it's gone fast!
This week at My Sheri Crafts Peachy is hosting and has challenged us with the theme of "Land of the Free - make a project with Red, White & Blue"
I decided to repurpose an old 8x10 picture frame. The background paper is some flag stationery, the Praying hands were found on a Google search, then used Print then Cut feature on Cricut Explore. I added some raffia and paper flowers, with a couple of wooden star beads. I love how it turned out!!!!
I've entered this card here:
Eclectic Ellapu - midsummer
Since I had so much fun with that one, I made another!
The silhouette cut is from Cricut's Stars and Stripes cartridge
The quilled flowers are Cuttlebug's "Daisy" die.
Thanks for stopping by and I sure hope you'll join us!
Both your frames are special but I do love the first one, very clever indeed.

ReplyDeleteSarah, these came out awesome! Great use of your left over stationary for the background. The vinyl looks so cool and has that great 3D effect. Love love love the flowers, of course. What a great repurpose project. Well done!
