Today I have a card I made a week or two ago, but couldn't decide what I wanted to use it for or what sentiment I wanted to use. I finally decided I needed a man's birthday card and this one would work!
The card base is from Hobby Lobby and I used chalk for the sky. Then tore blue cardstock for the water and sandpaper for the beach. The sun is cut from Disney Mickey Mouse cartridge and the beach chair and umbrella are cut from Life's A Beach.
I typed the sentiment on my computer and printed it on Letra Set Safmat. That is great stuff and so easy to use to make your own stickers! You can find it here. The tag is from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More.
I also chalked the inside with blue and brown, (for the sky and beach) and the rest of the sentiment on Safmat.
I'm entering this card in a couple of challenges:
Fantabulous Cricut
Creative Cutter Room-Splish Splash
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a fantastic day!
What a great card! The sandpaper looks amazing - and it looks like you've got an actual beach on your card!
